I grew up in the mid-west near Peoria IL. I spent most of my time at my grandparent’s farm, and no this is not the beginning of a cliché drama movie. I always had an interest in computers and gadgets, naturally, video cameras got my attention. I remember making stop-motion Lego movies on my Rumor Touch…. not proud of that.

In high school, I took a broadcasting class and that threw me into the world of editing and shooting videos. After high school, I thought I was going to pursue my love for technology and got my associates in Computer Information Systems. Moving on though I switched gears and went for something more fun in the tech world. I received my bachelor’s in Creative Technologies at Illinois State University. It allowed me to pursue my love for video and photography.

Once I felt like I had reached a certain level I decided to try running my own small business in 2018, I focused on others’ stories. Growing up I saw a lot of people who would do so much for their communities but see very little credit or nothing at all. I saw this as a sad issue and I wanted to fix that. It was my way of not only recognizing them and showing others what they were doing but also showing them someone cared and appreciated their good deeds.

Who has lived on two continents, loves every art form, and has just enough bicep strength to hold up a camera? Me… it’s me.

I was raised in Eastern Europe, tucked away in the little country of Serbia. Growing up, I spent my time writing short stories, painting, and (for better or for worse) singing. I moved to the US when I was eleven and have lived in the Chicago suburbs since. I was mesmerized by the new world around me, which resulted in me getting my first camera shortly after and photographing everything I saw.

Post high school, I decided to further pursue my love for the arts at Illinois State University, where I studied Production Design and Technology. That is where I met my lovely partner and focused on the bigger picture- starting our own business (the puns end here, promise).

As a photographer, I specialize in capturing the beauty within. I believe that creating a safe, comfortable environment and a genuine connection with every client are the pillars of great photography. I take each project on with confidence and strive to create work that will make you smile.

When I am not running around with my camera, you can find me watching movies, playing video games, and hanging out with my dog.

The inspiration behind our name and our personal goofball. Though I insisted on writing his bio, he felt the need add to it with this special statement:

Woof woof bark woof bark bark. Woof woof woof bark bark woof bark. Grrr, woof bark.
